We created this mess; it is our obligation to correct it. What do you think is the best way to truly prevent, forever, these unacceptable numbers of homeless dogs and cats?

Here's your chance to have your ideas evaluated.  Tell us what you think is the best way to end the awful over-population of excess cats and dogs.

Sick, abandoned, and afraid... another homeless cat. I can't find my home and now I'm locked up and afraid for the first time in my life.
Born by Cesarean section and a sick mother cat too weak to nurse. I just don't understand what's happening or how I got here.
This is my home and I'm always in danger, hungry, and tormented by fleas. I am an unwanted newborn but the nice animal hospital people will try to fine a home for me.
Millions of kittens and cats are, at this moment, homeless. Millions of puppies and dogs are, at this moment, homeless.
WE HUMANS HAVE ONLY OURSELVES TO BLAME.
